My involvement with the Christian Brothers began in 1985 when I became House Mother at the St Kevin’s Girls Hostel, Oamaru, and I met and worked with those truly Christian men.
My path to “Edmundi” (as it is locally called) was a long one. I have taught in a number of cross-cultural situations – on Bathurst Island, an aboriginal community, in Western Samoa, a beautiful Pacific island, and in South Africa.
